Ordered a 1”Platinum Plus Flatiron but received the 2”. I sent proof of the wrong product in photos. I was informed by email that the correct product had shipped and a Fed Ex Tracking Number was included. This was over two weeks ago. I have not received the correct product. I am not hopeful at this point that I will. Do not be fooled by the phone numbers which are embedded within their emails. I tried both numbers. One just disconnects and the other prompts you to speak with a service rep and then sends you to a conveniently full voicemail box. The following numbers attached to GHD’s emails DO NOT connect you to a live person or anywhere of assistance: (877) 443-2643 (818) 843-9673. Is GHD even a legitimate business. Do not order from this company, you will regret it!

I've used the Revlon brush for quite some time and aware it damages hair so I decided to give the ghd a try. Not only is this product expensive but it leaves my hair frizzy. I never had frizzy hair with the revlon brush, so I don't understand. I did research and thought it was user error but I did what it said to do and still, I've got frizzy hair. I think I want to return it.
