Love the look
I read the reviews before I bought (very mixed) and yes it’s very bulky, I have shoulder length hair and I have found using it very easy, I can get two waves in my hair, the first time used along with the spray didn’t look that good but by third use I had got hang of it, it’s not too heavy when doing your hair it stays in for a few days even after wearing in ponytail for gym workout, if your on fence about purchasing this product go ahead you won’t be disappointed

Ok so I’ve had this about 3 weeks and wanted to really test it out before I made my review. I can honestly say that I am obsessed with how it makes my hair look it really is stunning 😍 and the waves LAST like really last. The waver does take some getting used too it is very large and can be difficult to navigate round your hair but once you get used to it it’s amazing and you can curl your hair very easily and quickly. The waver is heavy but I would say that this is due to its size but also the quality of workmanship of the waver it is very well made and good quality. When you think of GHD you think of luxury and high quality which this most definitely is. I highly recommend this product it’s been a game changer for me.

useless in my case-complete waste of money.

I was hoping these would make my hair wavy and shinier. However, because my hair is mid length and layered the segment extending from the rods was to short to enclose fully without burning my hands. In fact, I found I was burned on my scalp and hands the one attempt I made to use it. It dried my hair and did not add any smoothness or shine. It made my hair slightly wavy but the savings came out before I got to the event I was using it for. Since I used it on one occasion, and had sprayed my hair with protective lotion, I fear that if I returned them, I would not be eligible for a full refund under the extensive terms of the contract, and have been trying to find a relative to give them to, but nobody seems to want them. They are quite expensive, and once you have tried them you cannot return them. I would not recommend them unless for someone with very long hair, at least to their bottom, since the waves are very big. In fact, since they only have one setting that is very hot, I would not recommend them to anyone who does not wish to completely cook their hair. I will never use them again. I spent far more than I can actually afford as I believed that GHD was supposed to be a good product, but was extremely disappointed.
