GHD really have no customer service. Ordered the GHD unplugged charging set - which is quite expensive. Item recieved did not have the charger in the set. Just a plug. Therefore incomplete. Emailed numerous times, what’s app numerous time, chat not even able to understand the issue and tried phoning the number which is cancelled every time I dial. A very expensive purchase that did not even supply the product as described and now totally ignored. I have never in my life written a poor product review about anything before but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. GHD need to sort themselves out. let’s hope the cordless straighter doesn’t pack in as it turns out the warranty expired two years ago when I only purchased the product one month ago.
