Use code TRADEIN at the basket to let us know you want to trade in your old straightener.

STEP 3

When you receive your new ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max, scan the QR code on the enclosed return form to generate a pre-paid shipping label, and send us your old straightener in 14 days.

STEP 4

Once we have received your old straightener, we will verify it & send £100 back to the account that was used to make the purchase.

How do I trade in my old straightener?

You can trade in your old straightener and get £100 off a new ghd Chronos OR ghd Chronos Max. To trade in your old straightener, you must enter code TRADEIN at check-out when purchasing your new ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label with your new tool so that you can send your old straightener to us within 14 days of receiving your new straighteners to qualify for your partial refund. Once we receive and verify your return has met the promotion criteria, we will issue a partial refund of £100 to your original payment method within 14 days. How and when do I get the £100 back?

You must send us your old straightener within 14 days of receiving your new ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max, using the pre-paid shipping label that was sent in the box with your new straightener. Can I trade in my old straightener if it’s broken?

Your old straightener must be a genuine straightener (any brand, including any ghd model). It does not need to be in working order, but it must be in one piece with cord and plug still attached. We cannot accept any other types of products, such as hair dryers, curlers, wet-line products or accessories. How do I send back my old straightener?

When you purchase your ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max using the code ‘TRADEIN’ at check-out, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label with your new tool. After your new straightener is delivered, package up your old straightener and send it to ghd within 14 days using the pre-paid shipping label, ensuring you keep proof of postage.
