Once we have received your hair tool we will verify it and send €115 back to the account that was used to make the purchase.

How do I trade in my old electrical hair tool?

You can trade in your old electrical hair tool and get €115 off a new ghd Chronos OR ghd Chronos Max OR Chronos Max Gift Set. To trade in your old electrical hair tool, you must enter code ‘TRADEIN’ at check- when purchasing your new ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max. You will be eligible for a pre-paid shipping label which you must request from Customer . When your new straightener is delivered, package up your old electrical hair tool and send it to ghd within 14 days using the pre-paid shipping label, ensuring you keep proof of postage. Once we receive and verify your return has met the promotion criteria, we will issue a partial refund of €115 off to your original payment method within 14 days. How and when do I get the €115 back?

You must send us your old electrical hair tool within 14 days of receiving your ghd Chronos or ghd Chronos Max, using the pre-paid shipping label from ghd Customer Service. Can I trade in my old electrical hair tool if it’s broken?

When you send us your old electrical hair tool, it must be a genuine electrical hair tool (any brand, any tool, including any model). It does not need to be in working order, but it must be in one piece with cord and plug still attached.
