STEP-BY-STEPS

Step one: Create a centre parting and clip away one side of hair
Use the ghd tail comb to create a centre parting. Then, to help keep the sections neat and easier to style, clip away one side of your hair.

Step two: Take a small section of hair and wrap a piece of coloured hair around at the root.
Take a small section of hair from your hairline and introduce a coloured hairpiece into the style by wrapping it around the root of the section.

Step three: Take another section of your own hair to begin the braid
Using the first section of hair and the coloured hairpiece, take another section of your own hair for the third strand needed to start the braid.

Step four: Dutch braid to the ends and secure with an elastic
Dutch braid the hair towards the centre and back of your head and secure the ends with an elastic.

Step five: Repeat the technique on the opposite side
Repeat steps two to five on the other side of your head to create the second braid.

Step six: Pinch and pull the braids to widen
Dress out the style by pinching and pulling at your braids to widen and add volume.
