Terms and Conditions - @ghdhair_anz Social Competitions

1. The promoter is: Jemella Australia Pty Limited ACN 104 455 138, a company incorporated in Australia, with its registered office at Level 24, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, Australia, (collectively, “ghd” or “we/us/our”). ghd may be contacted at the above address.
2. Unless otherwise stated in the competition details, the competition is open to residents of Australia except employees of ghd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. All qualifying entries will have an equal chance of winning the major prize, however winning entrants are not eligible to win more than one prize in the same competition. The winners will be determined by a random draw.
6. One entry per person permitted.
7. The competition will open on Wednesday 17/12/2025 at 7am AEST and close on Sunday 21/12/2025 at 5pm AEST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. Prizes will be drawn on the first business day after the competition closing date in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Where multiple prizes are offered, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value with the most valuable prize drawn first.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The prize includes a 2-night stay at any Spicers Retreats location* including daily breakfast for two and a dining credit at one of their award-winning restaurants, 1x limited-edition cherry chic duet blowdry gift set & 1x  limited-edition cherry chic gold hair straightener. The total prize value is $3,000 AUD. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability, and you agree that we have the right to substitute any prize with another similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
11. The prize is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and excludes Spicers’ two all-inclusive properties. Redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout dates may apply. The prize must be redeemed in one transaction only, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or exchange. Travel to and from the venue is not included.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The winner will be contacted via phone number by 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on the first business day in Brisbane, QLD, Australia after the competition closing date.
14. If the prize is a product, the winner will be asked for their mailing address only to facilitate the delivery of their prize.
15. The initial of the first name, last name and postcode of all winners will be published at https://www.ghdhair.com/au/terms-and-conditions/social by 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on the first business day in Brisbane, QLD, Australia after the competition closing date.
16. The winner of a prize may be substituted via a second draw if despite the reasonable efforts of ghd, ghd cannot successfully contact the winner.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law including the Australian Consumer Law, ghd, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the competition or prizes. To the extent that ghd's liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, ghd's liability is so limited.
19. Personal information of entrants will be collected, used and disclosed by ghd in the administration of the competition and to publicise the winner. ghd may also use or disclose such personal information as covered by ghd’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.ghdhair.com/au/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy.
20. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering the competition, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the competition.
21. ghd will never ask for any financial details or send you to an external link to enter a competition.
