This promotion is conducted by Jemella Australia Pty Limited (ABN 104 455 138) of Level 24, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (ghd).  

Eligibility  

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, and agencies, suppliers, and companies associated with this promotion, along with their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.  

Promotion Period  

The promotion commences at 8:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).  

How to Enter  

To enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period: 

• Create a Go Pink account via the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF); and 

• Complete and submit the official online entry form. 

• Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.  

Prize  

There are four (4) prizes to be won. Each prize includes: 

One (1) ghd Pink styling tool (model subject to availability); complimentary product personalisation; and one (1) 5-class pack at a participating Studio Pilates location. 

Prize Value  

The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $2,960. Each individual prize is valued at up to AUD $740 (based on recommended retail pricing). Actual prize value may vary depending on the styling tool provided and location of the Pilates studio. 

Draw  

Winners will be determined by random draw conducted at the Promoter’s premises on 01/07/2026. 

Winner Notification  

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 business days and may be published on the Promoter’s website.  

Unclaimed Prize  

If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will take place.  

Prize Conditions  

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

• If a prize (or part thereof) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 

• Any ancillary costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 

• Studio Pilates class packs are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and booking requirements of Studio Pilates.  

Entry Conditions 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, and residency. 

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: 

• Submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading, or fraudulent; 

• Tampers with the entry process; or 

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.  

Liability 

To the extent permitted by law: 

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. 

• The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss. 

• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
