ghd X Ardour Milton Park Bowral Giveaway

Promoter 

This competition is conducted by ghd Hair in partnership with Ardour Milton Park Bowral ("Promoters"). 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian & New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Employees of the Promoters and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

Competition Period 

Entries open at 12:00am AEST on 19 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 8 November 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

How to Enter 

To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the promotional period. Only one entry per person will be accepted. 

Prize 

One winner will receive: 

• Two (2) nights' accommodation in a Garden Terrace Room for two at Ardour Milton Park Bowral 
• Daily breakfast for two 
• $300 dining experience at Horderns Restaurant 
• Two (2) x 1-hour spa treatments at Eliva Spa 
• A ghd styling bundle for two, including:  
  • 2 x ghd Sculpt (RRP $599 each) 
  • 2 x ghd Speed (RRP $595 each)

• Ardour Milton Park accommodation and experience package valued at AUD $2,000

Winner Selection & Notification 

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received following the close of the competition. 

The winner will be contacted via email using the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant. 

Prize Conditions 

• Subject to availability; blackout dates may apply. 
• Valid for 12 months from the date of winner notification. 
• Non-transferable, not partially redeemable, and not redeemable for cash. 
• The prize must be redeemed in one booking and cannot be divided across multiple stays. 
• Travel to and from Ardour Milton Park is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. 
• Any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize, including transport, parking, additional meals, beverages, room upgrades and incidentals, are the responsibility of the winner. 
• The winner's guest must be aged 18 years or over. 
• Prize bookings are subject to Ardour Milton Park's booking policies and availability. 

Prize Substitution 

If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters' control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute that element with a prize of equal or greater value. 

Privacy 

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and facilitating prize fulfilment. 

Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from ghd and/or Ardour Milton Park. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the Promoters. 

Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries. 

The Promoters are not responsible for any technical malfunction, communications failure, network disruption or any other circumstance beyond their reasonable control that affects the administration of the competition. 

General 

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 

The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. 

The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
