Terms and Conditions – Win Your Order Back

1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter or agencies directly involved in this promotion are ineligible.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion begins 6:00:00 PM AEST, 21 May 2026 and ends 5:30:00 PM AEST, 1 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 All times are based on Brisbane (AEST).
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period, purchase any eligible ghd AW “Jelly Collection” electrical tool(s) from ghdhair.com/au and complete payment at normal retail price.
3.2 Each eligible paid order = one entry. Multiple entries permitted (one per eligible order).
3.3 Not eligible:
Any non “Jelly Collection” products
Accessories, brushes, gift cards, consumables
Pre‑orders, backorders, trade/wholesale/bulk purchases
Orders cancelled, refunded or charged back before the draw
3.4 Proof of purchase may be required (order confirmation & tax invoice).
4. Prize
4.1 3 winners will each receive a refund equal to the value of their winning order (incl. GST) up to AUD $1000 (“Prize”).
4.2 Shipping is excluded from the refunded amount.
4.3 Refund is applied only to the original payment method used for the order.
4.4 Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.5 If the original payment method is unavailable, we may offer a reasonable alternative at our discretion.
5. Draw Details
5.1 A random computerized draw will occur at 10:00 AM AEST on 1st June 2026, at the Promoter’s office in Brisbane, QLD.
5.2 All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.
6. Winner Notification & Publication
6.1 Winners will be notified by email (and phone if provided) within 2 business days of the draw.
6.2 By entering, each entrant consents to the publication of the first initial, surname, and postcode of winners as set-out in this clause at:

within 5 business days after the draw.
7. Verification
7.1 Winners may be required to verify:
Full name
Identity documents
Order number, payment confirmation, and tax invoice
7.2 The Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or linked to cancelled/refunded orders.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
8.1 If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to verify within 10 business days, the prize is declared unclaimed.
8.2 A redraw will occur at 10:00 AM AEST on 14 June 2026 at the same location. Notification and publication will follow clause 6.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if impacted by technical issues, fraud, or events outside reasonable control.
9.2 The Promoter’s decisions are final, subject to applicable laws.
9.3 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information (including name, email address, phone number, postal address, order details, payment confirmation, and identity documents) for the purposes of conducting and administering this promotion, verifying entries, contacting and publishing winners, and prize fulfilment. Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's related bodies corporate, agents, and contractors assisting with the administration of this promotion. The Promoter will otherwise handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at ghdhair.com/au/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter at consumerservices@ghdhair.com.au.
9.4 Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as photographs or testimonials) at the Promoter's request. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the Prize.
9.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), ghd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion or Prize. By entering, each entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance or use of any Prize. Your consumer rights under the ACL remain unaffected.
9.6 These Terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of Queensland, and entrants submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of QLD courts.
